This website is operated by an independent handyman service in New York City (“I”, “me”). I collect as little of your information as possible — here’s the whole story.
What I collect
- What you send me. If you call, text or use the contact form, I receive what you share: name, phone number, neighborhood, photos and a description of the job. That’s used to quote and schedule your work — nothing else.
- Analytics. The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful (pages visited, device type, approximate location by city). This data is aggregated and doesn’t identify you personally. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google processes it.
What I don’t do
- I don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
- I don’t send marketing texts or emails. If you text me about a job, I text you back about that job — that’s it (msg & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out).
- I don’t store payment card data on this site.
How long I keep things
Job-related messages and photos are kept as long as needed for warranty follow-ups, then deleted on request.
Your choices
Email or text me to see, correct or delete any information I hold about you — I’ll do it within 30 days. New York residents may have additional rights under the NY SHIELD Act.
